Ordering a translation
Send us the document and the authority it is for. We reply by email with the price and the delivery date.
How ordering works
- Send a clear scan of the document, or the PDF as issued, with the country and authority it is for.
- We check that authority's published requirements and reply with the price and the delivery date.
- You confirm the order.
- The document is translated from the original itself, then checked against it line by line.
- The certificate is signed and sealed, and its record is published on this site.
- You receive the PDF of the certified translation, with the certificate signed by the authorised signatory and the company seal on every page.
The PDF contains the translation, the certificate of translation accuracy, the annex cover and the copy of the original, every page sealed and numbered. If a translation has to be corrected, it is issued again under the same certificate number with a new revision number, and the record of the certificate shows the revision in force; a copy of an earlier revision is no longer in force.
