What we do with the documents and details you send us, and what the verification records contain.
Documents and requests
- We use your documents and details only to answer your request and to prepare, check and certify the translation you order.
- What you send through the request form, attachments included, reaches our office by email; it is not kept on the web server.
- We keep the order file (the original, the translation and the certificate) so that we can confirm a certificate to an authority that asks us.
- We show your documents to no one except you and the people you ask us to send them to.
Verification records
- For each certificate we publish a signed record: certificate number, revision, status, date and time of issue; the type and number of the original document; the holder's name, shortened for identity cards; the language pair; the page count; the name and position of the certifier; and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the issued file.
- A record opens only with the certificate number and the verification ID printed on the certificate. Records are not listed, indexed or searchable.
- A PDF checked on the verification page is fingerprinted inside your browser and is not uploaded.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no tools for visitor analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other websites.
